Willie Saltz joined TWPD in 2023, where he maintains an active trial and appellate law practice in state and federal courts in the areas of insurance defense, construction litigation, commercial litigation, and medical malpractice defense.

After receiving a degree in Political Science at Southeastern University in 2008, Willie enrolled at Southern University Law School where he graduated cum laude in 2013.  In law school, Willie worked as Teaching and Research Assistant, received the CALI award for excellence in Intellectual Property, and studied European Law at University College London, England. Outside of work, Willie enjoys reading and playing with his two dogs, Focks and Phrog. He is married and spends his remaining free time writing, with the hope of publishing a best-selling novel.
