Mr. Guillory graduated from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans. For more than thirty years, Tim has represented employers and carriers in claims pursuant to the U.S. Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Compensation Act and its extensions, including the Defense Base Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, Non-Appropriated Funds Instrumentalities Act and the War Hazards Compensation Act. He has also defended Employers and Carriers in Jones Act Claims, Louisiana State Workers’ Compensation claims and in Casualty claims, including Products Liability claims. Tim also tried criminal cases early in his career while working as an Assistant District Attorney in Orleans Parish.
In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, astrophotography, traveling, listening to classic rock cover bands, and watching the Saints rebuild.
