Thomas moved to Houston, Texas from Arizona in 2015 and has called Houston “home” ever since. Thomas has broad experience in litigating and defending general insurance and commercial claims, as well as claims involving premises liability, products liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. He takes pride in providing clients with pragmatic strategies throughout all phases of a case, from pre-litigation through trial, to achieve the best outcome possible.

Thomas has litigated cases in many state and federal courts in Texas. He has successfully resolved claims of all sizes for clients. He thrives while working under pressure and advocating for clients in the courtroom. Thomas was selected as “One to Watch” in the publication Best Lawyers – 2026 Edition.

Outside of the office and courtroom, Thomas thoroughly enjoys spending time with his family, following Chicago professional sports teams, cooking, and being outdoors.
