Joshua Sins is a partner in the Lafayette office of Taylor, Wellons, Politz & Duhe.  Josh focuses on Workers’ Compensation, General Liability and commercial disputes.   Josh regularly advises organizations on an array of legal matters, manages their litigation, and helps them achieve their business objectives. His clients span multiple industries including construction, retail, trucking, longshore, maritime, and others. With extensive experience handling matters at the state and federal level during all phases of litigation, Josh obtains positive results in a variety of contexts, from dispute resolution to trial, and through the appellate process.
