Joseph kick-started his career with the East Baton Rouge District Attorney and Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, providing him with early and continuous exposure to Louisiana’s most high profile criminal cases. Joseph gained extensive experience as lead counsel in numerous jury trials ranging from complex white-collar cases to violent crimes with a 92% conviction rate. While Joseph obtained his Louisiana bar license in 2015, his litigation experience rivals that of 20+ year civil attorneys.
More importantly, these early experiences give him insight into the unique challenges facing major insurers. Joseph spent many early years fighting for Louisiana businesses to recover their stolen assets while serving as a member of the Insurance Fraud Taskforce at the Louisiana Department of Justice. As part of TWPD’s litigation team, Joseph will continue this fight by ensuring the firm’s clients are protected from inflated damage claims.
Outside of the office, Joseph enjoys playing golf, cooking, and tailgating for LSU games in his spare time.
