Born in New Orleans and raised in neighboring St. Bernard Parish, LA, James obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Orleans and his Juris Doctor from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

For over two decades since graduating law school, James has established his reputation as a proven counselor and litigator, with a record of achieving the outcomes his clients seek.
