Jackson McCain is an associate on TWPD’s General Liability Litigation Practice Team, with a focus on insurance defense and general casualty litigation.

Jackson was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He attended Louisiana State University and graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Ecology and Management. He continued his studies at LSU, where he graduated Cum Laude from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2026 receiving his Juris Doctor, Doctor of Civil Law and Graduate Certificate in Energy Law and Policy. In addition to being an avid outdoorsman, Jackson has a passion for traveling the world, going to LSU baseball games, and cooking great meals for his friends and family.
