Clayton was born and raised in Texas before moving to River Ridge, Louisiana where he graduated from John Curtis Christian High School in 2008. He relocated to Mississippi, where he graduated from both Mississippi College in 2012 and Mississippi College School of Law in 2015. He merited the Best Paper Award in Legal Writing, American Jurisprudence Awards in both Trial Practice and Counseling & Negotiations, and was the recipient of the Lenoir Prather Scholarship while at the Mississippi College School of Law.
Clayton has extensive litigation experience for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various areas of the law, including insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, commercial litigation, contracts, and family law. He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi State and Federal Courts, and has been recognized as a Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 for three consecutive years.
Clayton, his wife, Michelle, and son, Lincoln, now live in Jackson, and are members of Fondren Church. Clayton has many hobbies including hunting, fishing, BBQ smoking, DIY home renovation projects, LSU football, and golf.
