Brittany graduated from Marshall University in 2010 with dual degrees in History and Psychology. She earned her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, where she was actively involved in the Land Use and Sustainability Clinic.
After law school, Brittany clerked for the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. She remained with the Court for nearly a decade, gaining extensive experience in appellate practice. Brittany transitioned to private practice in 2024, where she now concentrates on Defense Base Act litigation.
In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her partner and their dogs. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, concerts, and an assortment of artistic hobbies.
