Samantha's practice focuses on complex business and commercial matters, construction disputes, insurance coverage, banking litigation and regulatory matters, fiduciary litigation, and appellate matters. She has tried cases involving breach of contract claims, fraud claims, UCC violations, lack of capacity, undue influence, and breach of fiduciary duty. Samantha also handles white collar criminal matters representing potential targets and witnesses in matters involving alleged Medicare and Medicaid fraud, theft of honest services, and embezzlement.  She also regularly handles pro-bono criminal defense matters in Orleans Parish.

Samantha’s diverse practice allows her to bring an innovative approach to client’s matters to ensure that the client’s goals are met. Recent matters include defending a national retailer in a product liability action, obtaining summary judgment on behalf of clients recognizing them as beneficiaries on a multi-million-dollar annuity, representing multiple contractors in breach of contract claims, representing a federally-chartered credit union in regulatory matters, and obtaining the denial of class certification in a Telephone Consumer Protection Act case.

Samantha graduated from Loyola Law School Summa Cum Laude.  She was a member of the Loyola Law Review serving as the Casenote/Index Editor and was awarded the Warren E. Mouledeaux Award for Outstanding Law Review Member.  She is a member of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute Class of 2015 and has served a chair of its Diversity Committee.
