Sarah was born and raised outside of Boston, Massachusetts. She attended Florida State University, graduating cum laude with a dual major in criminology and psychology. She then relocated to New Orleans to continue her education at Tulane University Law School. While in law school, Sarah served as the Senior Managing Editor of the school’s International and Comparative Law Journal as well as worked as a Student Attorney for Tulane’s Environmental Law Clinic.
Sarah began her practice in civil litigation at a small New Orleans firm where she quickly gained extensive courtroom and file management experience, handling a heavy caseload and independently litigating at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court. Her practice included a variety of general casualty litigation, but she gained particular experience and expertise in insurer bad faith claims and coverage disputes.
Sarah’s practice at TWPD focuses on general liability, insurance defense, and general casualty defense files. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and Federal Bar Association. Sarah additionally serves as the Corresponding Secretary of the New Orleans Chapter of the Association for Women Attorneys and is a member of the Jefferson Parish Bar Association.
