Nick Dietzen was born in New Orleans and practices in State and Federal Courts throughout Louisiana in a wide range of areas of general and commercial defense litigation on matters involving professional and general liability, insurance coverage, construction defect, business litigation, transportation, premises liability, products liability, and toxic tort, among others. Nick has tried jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts, and has represented clients before various state disciplinary boards.

Nick received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee where he was a four year letterman on the football team. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Nick is active in the community having recently served as a board member of the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity as well as on the alumni board of Metairie Park Country Day School. When away from the office Nick enjoys the outdoors and cooking with his wife and two children.
