Ginny Deliman began practicing law in 2006, but she discovered her passion for the law some eighteen years earlier when she worked as a litigation paralegal.   In 2003, she endeavored to further her passion by pursuing a law degree.  Ginny's practice has focused on civil litigation and she has handled a broad spectrum of litigated matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, construction litigation, trucking and auto accident defense, commercial disputes, and contract disputes.  She has also handled wrongful termination, bad faith and insurance coverage, premises and product liability, medical malpractice, professional negligence, motor vehicle accidents, and disability insurance and casualty insurance claims, banking disputes, and securities arbitrations. Ginny has appeared before all levels of courts in nearly every county in Mississippi, including state and federal appellate courts. She has also handled matters in mediation, arbitration, and administrative hearings.   Ginny revels in probing the unique facts and sifting through the details of each case.  She works tirelessly and enthusiastically to provide her clients with solid representation and individualized attention to each matter.

Ginny studied at the University of Mississippi from 1982-1984, and continued her studies at Millsaps College, in Jackson, Mississippi, from which she graduated with honors.  She earned her juris doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law, in Jackson, in 2006 (magna cum laude).  In law school, Ginny served on the Law Review as Senior Articles Editor and she represented the law school as a member of a traveling moot court competition team.  She was also a STAR mentor and president of the Environmental Law Society.
Ginny joined the Mississippi Bar in 2006 and was admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
