Sarah was born and raised outside of Boston, Massachusetts. She attended Florida State University, graduating cum laude with a dual major in criminology and psychology. She then relocated to New Orleans to continue her education at Tulane University School of Law. While in law school, Sarah served as the Senior Managing Editor of the school’s International and Comparative Law Journal.
Sarah began her practice in civil litigation in a small New Orleans firm, where she quickly gained extensive courtroom and file management experience, handling a heavy caseload and independently litigating at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts.  Her practice included a variety of general casualty litigation, but she gained particular experience and expertise in insurer bad faith claims and coverage disputes.
Since joining Taylor, Wellons, Politz & Duhe, Sarah has become heavily involved in construction litigation, along with general casualty defense files.  Sarah combines her strong work ethic and organized mind with a personal investment in addressing her clients’ concerns and a zeal for defense of their interests.
Away from work, Sarah takes full advantage of the eclectic cuisine that New Orleans has to offer and enjoys traveling internationally.
