Sam Rosamond’s practice includes insurance coverage law, environmental and toxic tort litigation, insurance defense, products liability, property and casualty litigation, construction law, and medical malpractice law.

Born and raised in New Orleans, LA, Sam obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University, following which he graduated, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where he was an assistant editor and business manager for the Tulane Maritime Lawyer.

Beginning in law school and continuing through his early years of practice, Sam developed an interest in insurance law and has spent more than twenty-five years representing clients in cases involving insurance issues in environmental and toxic tort litigation, automobile coverage litigation, uninsured motorists litigation, hazardous waste litigation, and general property and casualty litigation. He has also represented companies in products liability claims, premises claims, and a variety of other claims. Sam has tried cases in numerous courts throughout the state of Louisiana and is frequently consulted with concerning issues involving insurance law in Louisiana and around the country. He has been involved with numerous appellate court decisions that have helped shape Louisiana law on various important issues.
