Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Mason Johnson is a third generation Louisiana attorney.  Mason completed his undergraduate education at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., during which he worked for the United States Senate.  He went on to earn his Juris Doctor at Mississippi College School of Law in 2008.  Upon graduating from law school, Mason was selected to be a federal law clerk for the U.S. Middle District of Louisiana, serving the Honorable Frank J. Polozola.  He then entered private practice where he has devoted his career to general defense litigation in the areas of transportation law, premises liability, product liability, worker’s compensation, Native American tribal law, and Maritime law.  He has extensive trial and courtroom experience achieving successful defense verdicts for his clients.  Mason is known for coming in early, staying late, and getting the job done.  His dedication to his profession and to serving the interests of the people and organizations he represents is a recognized trait among colleagues in the legal community.
Mason is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and American Bar Associations and gives continuing education lectures on Louisiana law.  He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, including the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
Mason is married with two children and is an active member in his community, including his church, and children’s schools.
