Jonathan D. Mayeux

Jonathan Mayeux was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he graduated from Catholic High School in 1995.  After high school, he attended the University of Memphis where he graduated in 1999 receiving a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, with a minor in Political Science.  He continued his education in Memphis earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2002.  Upon law school graduation Jonathan returned home to Baton Rouge, passing the Louisiana bar in 2002.  Since 2002 Jonathan has worked primarily in private practice focusing on insurance defense of automobile and premise liability suits.  Most recently Jonathan worked as a senior trial attorney for a national insurance carrier.  He has tried numerous bench and jury trials throughout the State achieving successful results for his clients.  Jonathan is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State and Federal Courts.  He is married with four children, and is a parishioner of St. George Catholic Church in Baton Rouge.
