Victoria grew up in New Orleans prior to her family relocating to Lafayette, Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina. After graduating high school from the Episcopal School of Acadiana, Victoria went on to study at the University of Alabama where she was a member of the University Honors College and graduated summa cum laude in 2015.

 Victoria then returned home to New Orleans where she received her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School with a Certificate in the Civil Law. Following her second year of law school, Victoria studied abroad where she took classes in International Law, Migration, and Citizenship facilitated by the Sorbonne University in Paris, France and Trinity College in Cambridge, England. Victoria was also a member of the Sports Lawyer’s Journal and served as Senior Managing Editor of Volume 30.

 When Victoria is not working, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog Ziggy. Victoria also loves participating in all things New Orleans, such as Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest!
