Born and raised near the heart of Acadiana, Paul Politz, a native of Napoleonville, understands the unique legal and political culture of South Louisiana. A graduate of Louisiana State University and Loyola School of Law, Paul regularly represents clients in the various venues throughout the region. He is an aggressive litigator, who always focuses on the clients’ needs and goals. His diversified practice ranges from representing Fortune 500 companies in Federal Court to the small oil field service provider in Terrebonne Parish. Paul’s background, his legal skills and especially, his ability to adapt to any legal environment, have resulted in tremendous success in matters involving premises liability, construction-related disputes, and transportation, maritime and occupational disease claims at all levels, including the Louisiana Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Aside from his role as a top litigator in these areas, Paul has effectively counseled clients on contract preparations and contract negotiations, including various insurance and indemnification matters.
He is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana.
