David Harpole | Associate

J. David Harpole was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1985, and he graduated from Catholic High School in Baton Rouge in 2003.  After high school, David graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.  He received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating cum laude in 2010.  While in law school, David received the CALI awards for Business Enterprises II, Insurance Law, and Constitutional Law: Freedom of Speech & Press.  David’s practice is focused on Premise Liability, Construction Law, Insurance Defense, General Liability, and Transportation Law.  He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State and Federal Courts, and he is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association.
