Jason Bone | Associate

Jason Bone earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Millsaps College in 1999 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi in 2002.  Over the course of nearly a decade, Jason has been actively involved in representing his clients on both a local and national level.  Licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Florida, Jason has represented clients throughout the United States in both state and federal court.  Handling complex, high exposure litigation matters for national primary and excess insurance carriers in the areas of product liability, toxic tort, motor vehicle accident, construction defect, maritime, oil and gas, insurance coverage, and general civil litigation, Jason has distinguished himself as a tireless advocate.

Most recently, Jason successfully defended a national manufacturer in federal court multidistrict proceedings stemming from claims of chemical exposure while utilizing the manufacturer’s product.
