Gina Talluto Cursain is a native New Orleanian who obtained both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from the Louisiana State University. Gina received her law degree in 1994 from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Louisiana. Gina's varied practice involves both litigation and risk-management for her clients. She handles cases involving general casualty, automobile and trucking liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, and workers' compensation. Gina's ability to relate to people and understand their needs has fostered many long-standing relationships with clients, and allows her to effectively help them resolve the many issues that arise in an ever-changing business and legal environment. She has presented seminars on automobile, trucking, and premises liability matters to both insurance companies and self-insured businesses. Gina served as legal counsel to the New Orleans Literacy Coalition, and is an active member of the New Orleans Pro Bono Project.
