Elizabeth Rambin
Beth Rambin is a native of New York and has made New Orleans her home for the past 32 years. She obtained her undergraduate degree and her law degree from Loyola University in New Orleans.
Beth is employed as special counsel with the firm. Beth specializes in the representation of employers in a wide variety of discrimination cases involving hostile work environment and sexual harassment claims. She also defends corporate and insurance clients confronting claims for penalty wages as well as Title VII, FLSA, ADA and ERISA claims. Beth also has a long history of representing employers in the defense of worker's compensation claims under the Louisiana Worker's Compensation Act and the Longshore & Harbor Worker's Compensation Act, and is actively involved with employment issues as a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association Committee for liaison with EEOC and OFCCP.
In addition to the defense of employment related disputes, Beth also defends corporate and insurance clients in connection with class action and multi-party environmental and toxic tort claims. Beth is admitted to all state and federal courts in Louisiana.
