Paul Politz comes from Napoleonville, the source of his familiarity with the unique culture and people of South Louisiana, and he has handled a variety of matters throughout the region. Paul graduated from Louisiana State University and received his law degree from Loyola School of Law.  He is first and foremost a litigator and has successfully defended clients in a wide variety of suits.  Such a diversified practice has given him extensive experience in a number of areas, including premises liability, construction-related disputes, transportation claims, maritime and occupational disease claims in a number of courts throughout the State, including all of the U.S. District Courts. Paul has also effectively represented his clients in contractual disputes, including those arising out of insurance and indemnification issues. Moreover, he frequently councils clients on risk management issues, including insurance and indemnification questions.  He is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana and has successfully argued cases before the Louisiana Supreme Court and the United States Fifth Circuit of Appeals.
