Daryl J. Daigle was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1962. He attended Louisiana State University, where he graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mr. Daigle received his Juris Doctor in 1988 from Louisiana State University Law School. He was a member of the Louisiana State University Law School's Moot Court Board for the 1987-1988 term. Upon graduation, Mr. Daigle became a judicial clerk with the Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal. Mr. Daigle's practice focuses on transportation insurance, worker's compensation and admiralty matters. He is a member of the Louisiana and Texas Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the Southern, Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
