Gina Talluto Cursain is originally from New Orleans and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991 from Louisiana State University. In 1994, she received her Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Law School and was admitted to the bar in October of that year. Gina's area of practice includes an emphasis on insurance coverage, automobile liability, premise liability and general casualty. She is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State and Federal Courts, and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association. Gina has given various client seminars on topics such as recent developments in Louisiana automobile and premises liability for insurance and self-insured companies. She has also served as legal counsel to the New Orleans Literacy Coalition and is an active member of the New Orleans ProBono Project.
