Three years later, she graduated with a Juris Doctor from LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1987. While a law student, Terri was active in the Student Bar Association and served as its vice president during her senior year. Her experience also includes chemical exposure cases, traumatic brain injuries, and fatalities. Before joining Taylor, Wellons, Politz & Duhe, she spent the last 12 years as a trial attorney for a global workers' compensation and liability insurer, during which time she served as the leader of the insurer's Louisiana workers' compensation team.
